SEASONAL DEEP CLEAN RESET
The reset your space needs a few times a year, on top of your regular clean.
Interior window cleaning throughout all areas
Kitchen cupboard deep clean
Thorough spray and wipe of all shelving, including around product displays
Skirtings, sills, vents and high-touch detail work
EXTERIOR WINDOW CLEANING
Ground and first floor, booked as needed
Street-facing glass does more for a first impression than almost anything else in the building. We clean frames, tracks and sills, not just the pane.
Exterior glass, frames, tracks and sills
Ground and first floor access as standard
Pairs with the Seasonal Deep Reset for a full inside-and-out finish
Quoted on window count and access.
LOW-TOX MOULD TREATMENT
We treat the affected surfaces with low-tox products.
Surface treatment of affected walls, ceilings, tiles, grout and seals
No chlorine bleach fog, no harsh solvent smell left behind
A short written note on where the moisture is likely coming from
Repeat treatments available if the area is prone to it
Worth knowing: surface treatment manages what is visible. If moisture keeps returning, the fix is ventilation, sealing or drainage. Where deeper services are required, we can bring in specialist where needed.
AMENITY REPLENISHMENT
We keep your kitchen and bathrooms stocked with Koala Eco, the same Australian-made, low-tox range we use throughout your clean.
Hand wash
Hand lotion
Dish washing detergent
Refill bottles, so you are not buying new plastic every month
We track what is running low and top it up before anyone notices it is empty.
